  • Beginning this Wednesday the 19th, the District Office will be placingWARNING stickers on students cars that are not authorized to park in the DO parking lot. This announcement is to advise you ahead of time, these stickers have strong adhesive. The DO would like to apologize before hand for any inconvenience that this may cause you. However, they will continue to redirect the students to park in the student's parking lot, or to carpool.  
  • Attention students grades 9-11: Student Council petitions and applications are now available in room, 2506. Applications and petitions must be completed and returned to Mrs Hartert by May 1, 2017.  If you are interested in applying/running for a student council or student body office for the 2017-2018 school year, you must complete the application and petition by the deadline. 
    For class office, complete the questionnaire and obtain 75 signatures from members of your class only. For student body officers, a petition with 175 signatures from 2017-2018 students is required.

  • Did you know there are children in elementary and middle school that wouldLOVE to have YOU as a role model and mentor?
    Would you like to spend time with a child and make a huge difference in their life and in your own AND give back to your community?
    Pals Mentoring through YouthZone might be the answer for you! We are looking for teens at GSHS to become Teen Pals Mentors for children in our communities.
    There will be a table in the GSHS lobby at 2:00 on early release April 12th, 19th & 26th.
    Stop by the table, talk to some of the current GSHS Teen Pals Mentors and see if this is an opportunity you’d like to think about!

  • CMC's Magic Club is playing Magic: The Gathering this Friday after school at the CMC Glenwood Center in room 209, and we would like to invite anyone from your school to join us. We will be playing commander, standard, modern, casual, and any other format you would like to see! There will be food and drinks and a good time for anyone who wants to show up!
